How We Handle Your Information
Last updated September 28, 2026.
This page explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we only ask for what we need to quote and do your job, and we never sell any of it.
Who We Are
This website belongs to Bryant's Best Lawn & Lighting (Bryant's Best Lawn & Beyond LLC), 9794 Highcrest Ave, Louisville, KY 40272. You can reach us at bryantsbestlawn@gmail.com or (502) 888-7006. This policy covers bryantsbestlawnlight.com only.
What We Collect
When you request a quote
The quote forms on our home page and service pages ask for your name, phone number, email address, street address and the service you need. The form on our contact page also asks for your preferred start date, your budget, the best time to call you, and anything you want to tell us in a message.
We use that information to answer your request, put your quote together, and schedule and do the work you hire us for. Form submissions are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are stored in our Netlify account. Netlify's record of a submission also includes technical details such as your IP address and browser type.
When you just visit
Our web designer, Lamplighter Web Design, runs the visitor statistics for this site. They count page views and record which website sent you here, the country you are visiting from, the general type of device you are on, how far down a page you scroll, and whether you tapped our phone number, our email address or a link to another website, or sent one of our forms. They never record what you type into a form.
These statistics do not use cookies, do not store anything in your browser, and do not keep your IP address. Each visitor is counted under a code that changes every day, so a visit cannot be traced back to you, and nothing follows you to other websites. To help us keep track of new quote requests, Lamplighter Web Design can also see the form submissions stored in our Netlify account. They are read from Netlify when needed and are not copied anywhere else.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not take payments through this website.
Other Companies Involved
A few outside services touch this website, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes our quote forms.
- Google Maps supplies the service area map on our home page. Loading that map lets Google see your IP address, and Google may set cookies of its own.
- Google also hosts our reviews. Our "Read All Our Reviews" buttons take you to our Google listing, where Google's privacy policy applies.
- Facebook hosts our business page. Our Facebook link takes you there, where Facebook's privacy policy applies.
- Lamplighter Web Design provides the visitor statistics described above.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. The embedded Google map may set cookies through your browser, which is outside our control. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time without breaking anything on this site.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of the work we have done for you. If you ask us to delete yours, we will.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bryantsbestlawn@gmail.com or call (502) 888-7006 and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
